This highly interactive training session gives participants the chance to explore what is mood, why it is important and how focusing on managing your mood can help maintain good physical and mental health.

Together, we develop a greater understanding of our emotions and how they shape our mood. We explore what influences how we feel and learn effective strategies to manage our emotions more effectively.

The training is practical, supportive and packed with resources. Participants leave with simple, effective techniques for boosting self-awareness of our emotions and helping them strengthen their ability to manage their mood long after the session ends.
