Some feedback about the course from participants:

A very detailed and informative training course that has strengthened our approach towards mental health awareness at our training academy. Mark's delivery was excellent. My team engaged well within the sessions and shared their own experiences, which I feel happened due to the approachable delivery of the topics - I would strongly recommend this training to others.

I definitely feel more confident in my understanding of mental illness and the resources available. Along with ways to improve my own wellbeing.

This is a fantastic course for any business. In my opinion, everyone in the workplace should sit on it as part of induction.

I was not prepared for the level of training I experienced. The course was nothing like what I expected. Mark’s delivery was outstanding and clearly he is very good and passionate about the subject. Although there were parts of the course I did not feel comfortable with as it was relevant to me, Mark fostered an environment that removed judgment and made me feel comfortable, even when others in the course did not. I want to thank Mark sincerely for his time.
