How is BenTraining delivered?

This can be face to face within your workplace or virtually over a platform such as zoom.

How do I book?

You can book your course online using the booking form on the relevant course page, or email bentraining@ben.org.uk for further information.

Who is BenTraining for?

We have a variety of training course aimed at everyone from the shop floor to top floor – when you click on a training course there will be a description at the top of the page informing you who the training is aimed at. If you’re unsure, email our helpful team at bentraining@ben.org.uk.

What courses do you offer?

We have developed a series of accredited, industry-specific courses designed to address specific areas of concern for automotive employees. Including topics such as mental health, anxiety, suicide prevention, menopause and lots more - find our full suite of training here.

Is your training accredited?

We have many accredited training courses available including a range of Mental Health First Aid courses (including refresher training). We also have our very own CPD accredited Managing Mental Health in the Workplace training too. Looking for a specific course? Email our friendly team at bentraining@ben.org.uk

Are you flexible on dates for delivery?

Yes, we are flexible, we gain an understanding of dates that you are looking for and try to match that with our team of trainers, if those dates are not available then we will inform you of the trainer’s availability.

How many of my employees can attend?

The number of delegates is different dependant on the course and if this is face to face or virtual. You can find out more by looking on the relevant course page – which will have maximum and minimum number of participants required.

Do you gain feedback on the course?

Yes, we collate feedback on the day and send out a short survey post training

As a not-for-profit organisation, any profit we do make from delivering our training courses goes straight back into the charity, so as well as improving the health and wellbeing of your own employees, you’ll be helping other automotive people who need support too.
