Honda Customer Satisfaction Is Good News For Ben

Honda UK asked customers of small bikes and scooters to complete an online satisfaction survey after a purchase or dealer service. For all completed surveys the company donated 50p to BEN. The initiative was a resounding success and resulted in an amazing £4,619 being raised.

Mandy Eastwood, Customer Insight Executive at Honda UK, commented: “We are all delighted, both with the overall response of our customers to the satisfaction survey and, as a result, the final sum of money we are able to donate. Honda UK is a committed supporter of BEN and the marvellous support they offer everyone involved in our industry.”

Nigel Rothband, BEN’s Chief Operating Officer said: “Once again we are indebted to Honda UK for its support. Demands for our services are at an all-time high and such donations are vital for us to continue our work in the industry.
