  • Ben is providing new online support via Ben’s website to support people with a focus on ‘New Year, new me’

While today may be Blue Monday, Ben, the automotive industry charity, is promoting ways for the automotive community to make lasting, positive change in their lives.

Around this time of year, the 'New Year, new me' theme is a key focus for Ben as many of its automotive family may want to make positive lifestyle changes and achieve their goals. With this in mind, Ben is promoting its Life Coaching service and new online tips and advice to support lifestyle changes including getting more active, eating well, self-care and improving work life balance.

Anyone who works, or has worked, in the automotive industry can easily access Ben’s free Life Coaching service, by registering online and completing a short self-referral form. Ben’s Life Coaching service is personalised and gives automotive people the opportunity to work with a qualified professional to identify the change they would like to see in their lives, set goals and maximise their potential to become the best version of themselves.

Ben’s qualified Life Coaches work closely with individuals to identify the areas in their lives that they would like to change or improve, gaining an understanding of where they are now and finding out where they would like to be in the future. Whether it’s improving their lifestyle, saving for their dream home, progressing their career or simply boosting self-confidence, Ben’s team of Life Coaches are on hand to help make those goals a reality.

In addition, Ben wants to ensure that automotive people know that the charity also supports those who are struggling and in crisis too.

Rachel Clift, Health & Wellbeing Director at Ben, said: “The New Year is a time when many people re-evaluate their lives, focusing on making changes and achieving new goals. We know people sometimes feel stuck in life and whether they struggle with motivation, lack of confidence or not knowing how to achieve something, they can end up standing still and not doing anything about it. Life coaching helps people to push themselves outside of their comfort zones to help individuals become more aware of themselves and the change they wish to see in themselves to improve their quality of life. Our Life Coaches help people work out what they want in life and how to get there, giving them the encouragement they need to succeed.

“Living a life that doesn’t fulfil you can be demoralising. It can cause resentment, affect mood and deplete energy levels when people feel that their life doesn’t have direction or purpose. Life Coaching is a brilliant way of tapping into your inner potential, giving you the tools and strategies that you need to become the version of yourself that you want to be. So, if you find yourself needing to fully realise your potential and make some changes (big or small), check out our online tips and advice, or book a Life Coaching session. Make 2023 your year and start living your best life!”

Ben’s Life Coaching service is free for anyone who works, or has worked, in the automotive industry. You can sign up and get started today by calling our free and confidential helpline on 08081 311 333 and asking for ‘Life Coaching’ or by completing this easy online form.

When any member of our automotive family is struggling or in crisis, we all rally to support them.
