Here's what you need to know
How hard is it?
The London Marathon is most definitely a challenge and we recommend anyone thinking about taking part fully considers whether they are capable of doing so. It's something that will need a long term training plan for so that your body is able to stand up to the rigours of running 26.2 miles.
How old do I have to be?
You can be any age from 18-100 to take part, as long as you feel able to complete the course healthily.
What if I can't raise the sponsorship?
We ask you to seriously consider if you will raise the target set. Ben has limited spaces in the Marathon and it is vital that we raise as much as possible to ensure that we are able to support our automotive family and and in the future. We will be with you every step of the way!
'When I ran out of hope...I called Ben'
Jamie, who works for Arnold Clark, needed Ben’s support after struggling with depression following two failed marriages and losing his dad. After speaking to some work colleagues, they encouraged him to talk to Ben.
The automotive industry is a family and we come together to look after our own. When you complete this challenge you'll be making a life changing difference to those in the automotive family, just like Jamie's.

National Three Peaks Challenge Date - Various Location - UK Difficulty - Tough Distance - 26 miles, almost 3,000m ascent Duration - 3 Days Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure, as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales.
Snowdon At Night Challenge
Snowdon At Night Challenge Date - Various Location - Snowdonia National Park Difficulty - Tough Distance - Duration - 2 Days Beginning in the town of Llanberis, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon....at night! You will be fully supported all the way by our experienced Mountain Leaders and then celebrate at the finish line with a celebration breakfast.
London Royal Parks Challenge
London Royal Parks Challenge Date - 15 July / 04 November Location - London Difficulty - Tough Distance - 45km Duration - 1 Day Challenge yourself to this 45km distance trek between the 10 London Royal Parks. This epic route will take you across historic parkland and beautiful green spaces, while passing some of the finest architecture in London. From Richmond Park, along the banks of the River Thames, passing iconic Westminster and Buckingham Palace, before ending in Greenwich Park.

London 10 Peaks Challenge Date - 01 April / 19 August / 11 November Location - London Difficulty - Challenging Distance - 42km Duration - 1 Day Discover ten of London’s often hidden peaks on this marathon distance walking challenge.
