Whether you’re a seasoned runner or have always wanted to run a marathon, the London Marathon is truly amazing, one of life’s bucket list challenges. Whether you think it will be hard enough in your running gear or you plan to do it in fancy dress, you’ll have thousands of people encouraging and cheering you on all the way.
We’d love to have you on team Ben, so register today! And grab your running gear because the experience of a lifetime is waiting for you in April 2026!
As part of Team Ben, you will receive a fundraising pack and a running top to stand out in the crowd, as well as support from our events team.
To join Team Ben, we ask for a £60 registration fee and that you fundraise £2,000 (excluding Gift Aid).
Complete our short registration form today, and someone from our Events team will be in touch to let you know if you have been selected for one of our limited spaces.
As our spaces are limited, we recommend that you also enter the London Marathon ballot (and choose to run for Ben) to double your chances of getting a place.
FAQs
How hard is it?
The London Marathon is most definitely a challenge and we recommend anyone thinking about taking part fully considers whether they are capable of doing so. It's something that will need a long term training plan for so that your body is able to stand up to the rigours of running 26.2 miles.
How old do I have to be?
You can be any age from 18-100 to take part, as long as you feel able to complete the course healthily.
What if I can't raise the sponsorship?
We ask you to seriously consider if you will raise the target set. Ben has limited spaces in the Marathon and it is vital that we raise as much as possible to ensure that we are able to support our automotive family and and in the future. We will be with you every step of the way!

'When I ran out of hope...I called Ben'
Jamie, who works for Arnold Clark, needed Ben’s support after struggling with depression following two failed marriages and losing his dad. After speaking to some work colleagues, they encouraged him to talk to Ben.

Snowdon At Night Challenge Date - Various Location - Snowdonia National Park Difficulty - Tough Distance - Duration - 2 Days Beginning in the town of Llanberis, in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this spectacular challenge will see you and fellow fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon....at night! 24 Peaks Date - 28 - 30 July Location - Lake District Difficulty - Extreme Duration - 3 Days Unique multi-day mountain challenge in the heart of the Lake District. Attempt to summit 24 peaks over the course of 2 days trekking on some of the most iconic mountains in the Lake District.
Hadrian's Wall Trail Challenge
Hadrian's Wall Trail Challenge Date - 22 - 23 September Location - Hadrian's Wall Difficulty - Tough Distance - 26 miles Duration - 2 Days This exciting and strenuous marathon distance challenge of 26 miles will have you trekking along this stunning world famous historic landscape. Hadrian's Wall runs across the north of the UK from coast to coast and remains one of the largest ancient monuments in Northern Europe. You will trek in the footsteps of the Roman Empire and take in some of this extraordinary structure that protected the Roman armies from the Scottish.

Lake District Circuit Date - tbc Location - Lake District Difficulty - Extreme Distance - 95km Duration - 7 Days An incredible circular route covering the most iconic fells & villages of the Lake District National Park. This challenging 5-day trek takes you right through the heart of this spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site, trekking over 90kms and with approx. 4350m of ascent, including summiting Scafell Pike (978m), England’s highest mountain.
