This New Year, Ben is sharing ways for automotive people to improve their health and wellbeing for 2025.

It’s that time of year when automotive industry charity, Ben, launches its annual Health & Wellbeing survey, to gain insights into the health and wellbeing needs of automotive people - for now and in the future. 

Ben is launching its ‘Christmas families project’ for another year, supporting families who might otherwise have to make impossible choices about heating or eating and whether they can afford Christmas gifts.

Ben’s coaches have been hearing “it’s that time of year” in their coaching sessions as the festive season and colder months approach.
