Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Details
   This free prize draw ("Prize Draw") is organised and promoted by Ben - Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund. Lynwood Court, Lynwood Village, Rise Road, Ascot, SL5 0FG. A charity registered in England and Wales (no.297877) and Scotland (no.SC039842). A company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales (no.02163894). 2. Eligibility
   2.1 The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
   2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
   2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter
   3.1 The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
   3.2 To enter, participants must provide their name and email address by signing up to Ben’s employer newsletter.
   3.3 The Prize Draw opens on 10^th February and closes at 10pm on 10^th February. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
4. The Prize
   4.1 The prize consists of either a free Ben Health Check or Mental Health Awareness training
   4.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
   4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
   5.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
   5.2 The draw will take place on 11^th February.
   5.3 The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
   6.1 By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the draw.
   6.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at this link.
   6.3 The data provided will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
   6.4 Participants may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting Marcomms@ben.org.uk, though this may result in the withdrawal of their entry.
7. Publicity
   7.1 The Promoter may request the winner's permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
   7.2 If required by law or regulatory authorities, the Promoter may be obliged to publish or make available details of the winner.
8. Disqualification
   8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise does not comply with these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
   9.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical reasons or otherwise beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
   9.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or personal injury suffered by the winner except where caused by negligence.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
    10.1 The Prize Draw and these terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
    11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice if necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
