Meet our Life Coaches

Tracey Dare
Life Coach Team Leader

Tracey has an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. She also holds a Post-Qualifying Specialist Counselling Diploma in Eating Disorders.

Tracey qualified as a counsellor 6 years ago and a life coach 4 years ago. She is a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) for counselling and coaching. 

Tracey started working for Ben in 2017 as a Life Coach and she has been Life Coaches Team Leader since 2021. 

Tracey says: “I love my job! As a Ben Coach and Team Lead, I’m working in harmony with my own strengths and values. I find it inspiring and motivating to see people uncover their strengths, feel more empowered, recognise their potential and start to achieve their goals.” 

Nishi Pankhania
Life Coach

Nishi has a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Warwick University. She has coached people on a variety of topics including self-confidence, career planning, business planning, communication and neurodiversity.

Nishi started with the coaching team at Ben in June 2021 and she’s been a coach for 6 years in total.

Nishi says: “I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life who are committed to making a positive change to their lives and to the world.”

Karen Hobbs
Life Coach

Karen has a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching. Karen qualified as a counsellor in 2019 and then went on to undertake her coaching qualification.

Karen joined the coaching team at Ben in August 2021 and she has been a Ben Coach for 2.5 years.

Karen says: “I thoroughly enjoy my role as a Ben coach. I love seeing people choose and make positive changes that feel right for them, connect with their own empowerment and achieve their goals. It’s a privilege to meet and work with those who come to Ben for support and to be a part of this inspiring and exciting work.”

Miar Bailey
Life Coach

Miar holds a Level 3 Coaching qualification. Her specialism is Mindset coaching, helping people to create more helpful, positive thoughts and beliefs and healthier patterns of behaviour.

Miar joined Ben in 2020 and, in 2022, she moved into a Life Coaching role.

Miar says: “What I love most about being a coach is being witness to the transformation that people can make, how they can overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. Becoming a Life Coach is the most rewarding role I have ever had.”
