1. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Entrants must be available to attend the virtual Mental Health First Aid course on 8th-9th September 2025 in full.
- Employees of Ben, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
- Like the giveaway post on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
- Nominate a colleague you would like to attend the course with you.
- Share the post on your feed or stories.
- Sign up to the employer newsletter for a bonus entry.
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- You may enter on multiple platforms, but each person can only win one prize.
3. Entry Period
- The giveaway opens on the date the post is first published.
- Entries close at 23:59 on 27th August 2025.
4. Prize
- One (1) place on Ben’s virtual Mental Health First Aid course taking place on 8–9 September 2025.
- Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
- The winner will be announced on 29th August 2025 in Ben’s employer newsletter and contacted directly via the platform they entered on.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, Ben reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative entrant.
6. General
- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Ben reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms without notice if circumstances outside its control make this unavoidable.
- Ben’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding.
