Drinks reception starts at 6.30pm - Dinner is at 8pm

What is the maximum number of places on a table?
The maximum number of places on a table is 12
What is the minimum number of guests to have a dedicated table?
The minimum number of guests needed to fill a table is 8. However, bookings with fewer than 8 guests will join others to fill a table
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal - black tie and evening wear.
Can we pre-order drinks for the table?
You will be sent a link before the event to pre-order drinks and can order drinks to the table on the night
Do you provide place setting names for the table?
We don’t provide place name settings, however you are welcome to create these for the guests on your table and place these down before dinner
Is there any parking available?
For those travelling by car, you can secure onsite parking at the hotel for £50.00 per day or £4.50 per hour - book this here.
What are the local tube stations?
Nearest tube station is Hyde Park corner (5 minute walk)

Terms & Conditions
1.You understand that all information provided as part of the registration process is held by Ben-Motor & Allied Trades Benevolent Fund we use it for the purpose of administering your participation.
2. Your personal information may also be used for the purposes of sending communications to you where you have confirmed that you would like to receive further information about the charity’s work when registering for the event.
3. All personal data held by us will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our privacy statement can be found at https://ben.org.uk/ben-policies/privacy-policy/
4. You attend the event entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any injury or loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of your attendance at the event, unless such injury or loss is incurred as a result of our negligence.
5. You must ensure all information provided to us is complete, true and accurate including any dietary requirements. If any of this information changes you must notify us immediately.
6. All payments to be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
7. As this is a charity fundraising event, we are unable to offer refunds if you choose to cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, or the entire event, we will refund all monies paid or credit any invoice issued. We do not offer any reduction or refund in the event you are unable to fill the places you have booked. Additional spaces are available subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
8. If bidding via the live auction you and your guests agree that any winning bids will stand and will be paid within 30 days of the event.
9. If you cancel for any reason you must notify us as soon as possible in writing to eventsteam@ben.org.uk
10. Photographs and videos may be taken/filmed throughout the event by us or our group companies and/or its contractors by relying on legitimate interest as a lawful basis for doing so. We may use your photographs and video to promote, report on and sell future events by means of film, print media, internet, publicity material, social media or any other media now or in the future and by registering you are consenting that you are happy for Ben-Motor & Allied Trades Benevolent Fund to use your name, any photographs or footage taken of you during your participation in the event, unless you state otherwise by writing to eventsteam@ben.org.uk
11. By posting any content (e.g. photos and videos) in relation to the event on social media forums you give us a non-exclusive transferable, royalty-free right to use and reproduce that content and you, on behalf of yourself and any copyright owner, waive your and their moral rights in that content in favour of Ben-Motor & Allied Trades Benevolent Fund.
12. We offer sponsorship packages to partners who wish to show their support for Ben and raise their profile at the event. The benefits of these sponsorship packages vary and are as detailed in the sponsorship confirmation issued with your invoice. No variation or extension of the stated benefits will be provided without express written agreement.
