Out of hours contact information

Ben’s Christmas and New Year opening hours:
If you find you’re struggling with your emotional wellbeing while our helpline isn’t staffed over Christmas or New Year, support is still available. You can call our helpline number on 0808 131 1333, where you’ll hear an automated message with the option to be transferred to Ben’s emotional support line, delivered in partnership with Spectrum.Life.
If you feel you’re in crisis, we recommend calling 111 or going to your nearest A&E department for immediate help.
For anything else, while our helpline is closed, you’re welcome to leave the team a message or request a call back and we’ll get back to you as soon as we reopen.
