Alison's story

Alison was struggling to cope and focus on everyday life, which was affecting her work and home life, so she contacted Ben...

“I realised I was finding it very hard to focus on everyday life. My home and work life were being affected by my problems. I called Ben as I was struggling to cope. I was worried, angry and upset; living with a partner who has PTSD and addiction problems.

“Since receiving the help from Ben, I feel much stronger and much more positive. I feel like I’m back in control. I have a better understanding of my thoughts and emotions. Ben has helped me process everything. I now feel like I’m able to make better decisions.
