Our care teams
We are passionate about the power of good care and our staff are all care professionals. Along with our Registered General Nurses and qualified physiotherapists, most of our carers are vocationally qualified, or working towards it.
Nursing care
Ben’s experienced, compassionate care teams strongly believe that people are entitled to choice, dignity and respect at every stage of their lives. Our expert nursing care ensures that the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of each individual are well-met by a care team that includes nurses, physiotherapists, carers and activities co-ordinators.
Dementia care
Ben has been providing dementia care for many years and we have a deep understanding of the needs of our residents with this condition. We work with renowned dementia experts to continually develop our dementia care offering as our understanding of the disease grows.
Short stay care - respite and rehabilitation
If you have been discharged from hospital following an operation or illness and need time to convalesce or intensive rehabilitation, our dedicated staff will develop a tailored care plan and purposeful activities in order to promote wellbeing.
End of life care
Our total commitment to care extends right to the final phase of life. We provide palliative care, which includes pain relief and ensuring physical comfort as well as embracing psychological, social and spiritual support for residents and their families.
