Not everyone’s able to wear a hat to work, but don’t worry – there are still ways you can get involved!
1. Be app-y!
Snap a photo of yourself and use an app to edit in a hat. Post it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #hatson4mentalhealth and you may even find yourself starring on one of our feeds!
2. Get stuck in
If selfies aren’t your style, then your team could always pick up some stickers to wear instead! If you feel creative, you even make your own and have a competition. Contact Ben’s events team if you would like a set: firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Get involved in the conversation
You can still get involved in the conversation on social media, sharing your experiences about mental health – use the tag #hatson4mentalhealth.
4. Use your noggin
